If you are over your ideal body weight, whether it be by 10 or 100 pounds or even more – chances are you have tried a diet or two. Maybe it worked, maybe it didn’t. Whatever your results in the past, do not give up. Diets do work when used properly. You just have to find the right one for you and make the commitment to stick to it. Do your research to find the diet that you can live with, because that is the most important thing. You have to be able to live with any lifestyle changes you make if you want the results to stick around for a while!
